Managers now have the option of going paperless by having players use our e-waiver.
In order to fill out an e-waiver, the player must have his own valid email address. He cannot use someone else's email. If he does not have an email address, print one out and have him sign a paper waiver instead. Email smsblinc@gmail.com for help.
Here's how to do an e-waiver
First, make sure this player exists on your roster. If they're already in the system, skip to step 2.
STEP 1 - ADDING A PLAYER TO YOUR TEAM
Click “Players” and type in your team Username and Password.
Click the Add New Player Button.
Enter the First Name and Last Name and click Search For Player.
If you see the player’s name already exists in the system (confirm his info), click “Select”.
If you don’t see the player in the list, scroll to the bottom and click “Add New”, enter player’s email and other information, and click “Update Player Record/Changes”.
STEP 2 - SENDING AN E-WAIVER – Requires a valid email address
Click “Players” and type in your team Username and Password.
From the pull-down menu, select the player you want to send an e-waiver.
Verify the player's information is current and he has a valid email address.
Click the “Waiver Notify” button and the player will be emailed instructions to process an Online Player Contract.

Your player will receive an email from smsblinc@gmail.com with a Username and Password
