Ever Maldonado, born in the enchanting state of Chihuahua, Mexico, has always had a deep passion for baseball. From a tender age of 5, he found himself captivated by the sport, beginning his journey as a pitcher. However, at the age of 16, he made the pivotal decision to switch positions and become a catcher. Throughout his career, Ever has had the privilege of playing in numerous cities across Mexico, showcasing his skills and dedication to the game. In 1986, he embarked on a new chapter of his life, making his way to California. Despite the change in scenery, his unwavering love for baseball persisted. He joined the esteemed Lodi Calmex league, where he made his mark and spent several fruitful years.
In 1995, Ever relocated to Sacramento, where he continued to pursue his passion for baseball. Over the years, he has been an active participant in various leagues, including the City league and Liga Mexicana, among others. It was during this time that he was introduced to the renowned MSBL (Men's Senior Baseball League), opening doors for him to participate in tournaments across the United States.
Not content with merely playing the game, Ever has also embraced the role of a coach, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with aspiring players. His dedication to both playing and coaching has allowed him to contribute to numerous teams, further fueling his love for the sport.
Ever had been a member of multiple SMSBL league champions, the Cooperstown, Ohio Hall of Fame tournament champions, and a MSBL Father/Son World Series champion. He also serves on the SMSBL board in charge of advertising and security dedicating hours of his own time for the betterment of the league. As the years have passed, Ever's passion for baseball has only grown stronger. With each game played, each coaching opportunity seized, his love for the sport deepens. Ever Maldonado's incredible journey in the world of baseball serves as an inspiration to all who witness his unwavering dedication and unyielding spirit.
